What Monica likes about working at Ser Familia, is being able to be part of the positive change in the families that receive our services. To be able to help those people who have suffered a negative experience of violence to embark on a path of healing. To help provide tools to families through programs to improve their quality of life and make positive changes to have a better relationship. Finally, she enjoys being in an environment where she is offered the opportunity to grow.
