Kyana Patiño

Youth Services Manager

Kyana is from Dalton, Georgia, and studied Political Science and International Studies at Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Georgia. She started her work at Ser Familia as a Case Manager in our Kennesaw office where she was able to form connections with our clients, particularly with our youth. She now has the opportunity to create a lasting impact on Latino youth through the coordination and development of our youth programs such as Teen Talk and SPARCS.

What she loves about working at Ser Familia is the ability to witness the resilience Latino families have and the determination they have to make changes within themselves through their mental health journeys. Her passion lies in creating a safe and supportive environment that empowers the self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and healthy coping skills of the next generation.
