Programs Director

Juan was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He has worked with married couples for more than 25 years, has a Master's Degree in Counseling from the University of Phoenix, Puerto Rico Campus. His specialty is in Families, Marriages, and Children. He also has a Bachelor's Degree from Ana G. Méndez University - Cupey Campus in Administration of Companies with a concentration in Marketing. He holds a certificate in Human Resources Administration and Labor Law from the Institute of Higher Education in Rio Piedras Puerto Rico. In his professional experience, Juan was Assistant to the Director of the Office of Government Ethics in Puerto Rico, occupying the position of Director of Human Resources. Juan was President of the Fernando Martínez Caula Foundation (2001-2003). A lecturer and mentor for Couples in Conjugal Renewal Puerto Rico from 1988 to 2010. He has participated in representing Puerto Rico in the Latin American Family Congress in Costa Rica (2001). In addition to participating in several Radio and Television programs in Puerto Rico, he was producer and maintainer of the program "Mi Otra Mitad" on TIVA Tv channel 8.1 in Puerto Rico. His mission at Ser Familia is to be able to contribute his experiences and knowledge to help and serve those people who need support to improve themselves and improve their quality of life. His favorite phrase is "Life is a path of constant battles, and even if I don't win them all, I will never stop smiling"
